If you are not completely satisfied with the build quality or viewing experience of your delivered Taming The Sun single or limited edition piece, or discover any defects in workmanship, the buyer is eligible, at Taming The Sun gallery store’s expense, to receive a new replacement Taming The Sun piece of the same edition and final artwork size during your 30-day satisfaction guarantee period at no additional cost to the buyer.

Taming The Sun gallery store provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to assure your complete satisfaction with the luxurious color accurate viewing experience and hand-made craftsmanship of your new Taming The Sun single or limited edition AluminArte™ piece purchased from our gallery store.


First Month of Ownership


When you receive your new Taming The Sun gallery store single or limited edition piece, its nice to know you have 30 days to soak up the luxurious color and hand-made craftsmanship of our Taming The Sun AluminArte indoor/outdoor pieces purchased from our gallery store, but just in case:


Replacement Piece

If, within thirty (30) days of your date-of-delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the viewing experience and/or craftsmanship of your Taming The Sun artwork purchase and wish to request a new replacement piece, the buyer must follow the four easy steps of our satisfaction guarantee replacement protocol to expedite your new replacement piece of the same edition and final artwork size as originally ordered at no additional cost to the buyer. The protocol simply provides a framework for the gallery store to arrange the accountable, no-cost pick up of your returning single or limited edition piece by the gallery store’s United Parcel Service (UPS) driver pick-up services.


Return for Refund

if, within thirty (30) days of your date-of-delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your artwork purchase and wish to request a refund, the buyer must follow the three easy steps of our single or limited edition return/refund protocols to expedite your refund request. The protocol simply provides a framework for the gallery store to arrange the accountable, no-cost pick up of your returning single or limited edition piece by the gallery store’s United Parcel Service (UPS) driver pick-up services.


Nominal Gallery Restocking Fee

With each purchased Taming The Sun AluminArte piece being signed, numbered, and made-by-hand to your final artwork size choice, the gallery store can only issue you a full refund minus a nominal restocking fee as indicated in each single or limited edition return/refund protocol.

Gallery Store Policy Quick Overview


If for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of ownership you are not completely satisfied with your delivered Taming The Sun single or limited edition piece, to remain eligible for our gallery store 30-day satisfaction guarantee replacement or refund policy, the buyer must:

  1. Contact the gallery within the first thirty (30) days of ownership to request a gallery store Returning Piece Authorization to enable the gallery store to arrange its own UPS driver pick-up of any returning Taming The Sun pieces, at the gallery store's expense, to maintain strict accountability of our signed and numbered Taming The Sun pieces purchased and delivered from our gallery store.

  2. Once your Taming The Sun single or limited edition piece return shipment is picked-up and scanned by our gallery store UPS carrier service, as evidenced with United Parcel Service return shipment tracking information, the gallery store can proceed with your requested action by either:

a. Submiting your Taming The Sun satisfaction guarantee replacement piece for production within the next business day and make arrangements for our free UPS Express® Freight return shipping delivery service, or


b. Promptly issue your requested gallery store refund (minus the nominal gallery store single or limited edition restocking fee) within the next business day to the original purchase account utilized during gallery store checkout.


In either case, the buyer will receive a Taming The Sun gallery store email confirming the completion of your requested action and when you can expect to either:

a. Receive your Taming The Sun gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement piece, or


b. Receive your requested refund to the original purchase account utilized to complete checkout (minus the nominal gallery store single or limited edition restocking fee). Once issued, refunds are normally credited to the purchasing account within 2-3 business days of receiving your gallery store refund notification.

  • Taming The Sun gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement pieces have a made-by-hand production time of five to seven (5-7) business days, after which your Taming The Sun satisfaction guarantee replacement piece will be shipped with our free UPS Express® Freight delivery service to expedite the replacement to your original delivery address.

  • Taming The Sun gallery store refunds can only be returned to the original purchase account utilized during gallery store checkout and will post to your original purchase account's banking statement within 2-3 business days.

To properly maintain chain of custody and accountability for our signed and numbered Taming The Sun single & limited edition pieces purchased and delivered from our gallery store, any Taming The Sun piece received by the buyer who is requesting a satisfaction guarantee replacement piece during their 30-day satisfaction guarantee period must follow the following protocol:


Four Easy Steps


  1. Contact the gallery within the first thirty (30) days of ownership to request a gallery store Returning Piece Authorization to enable Taming The Sun gallery store to arrange its own UPS driver pick-up, at the gallery’s expense, for the safe handling and accountable return of your delivered Taming The Sun single or limited edition piece.

  2. As soon as the gallery store has secured United Parcel Service return shipment tracking information for your returning single or limited edition piece, your new satisfaction guarantee replacement piece will be submitted for production within the next business day, and once in production, all Taming The Sun single or limited edition pieces have a made-by-hand production time of five to seven (5-7) business days.

  3. When your new Taming The Sun gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement piece is scanned and picked up by UPS for its Express® Freight shipment to your originally specified delivery address, you'll receive a new gallery store shipping confirmation with your domestic UPS Express® Freight tracking information and the estimated date you can expect your new satisfaction guarantee replacement piece to arrive.

  4. Once your gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement piece has been delivered to your originally specified address, you will have an additional seven (7) business days to confirm your satisfaction with the new AluminArte replacement piece, after which our Taming The Sun gallery store satisfaction guarantee and refund eligibility period concludes.


Single Edition Piece Return/Refund Protocol


A nominal gallery store restocking fee applies to our made-to-order Taming The Sun single edition pieces that are:

a. Not cancelled before going into production within the next business day, or

b. Is not accepted at the time of delivery, or is otherwise refused by the buyer when United Parcel Service (UPS) Express® Freight delivery service is attempted at your specified shipping address, or,

c. If your purchased Taming The Sun single edition piece must be returned to the gallery for non-acceptance after two (2) United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery attempts have been made to your specified delivery address, or,

d. If you are returning your purchased Taming The Sun single edition piece to initiate a gallery store refund within the first thirty (30) days of piece ownership after delivery,

the buyer will be charged a one-time non-refundable gallery store restocking fee of eight percent (8%) of their original Taming The Sun single edition piece purchase price.

The buyer is eligible for a full ninety-two percent (92%) gallery store refund of the purchase price of their Taming The Sun single edition piece only within the gallery store's 30-day satisfaction guarantee period (first 30 days of ownership after delivery), or for an additional seven (7) business days after the delivery of a gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement piece, and only after the gallery store has secured UPS tracking information for your returning single edition piece to maintain its release quantity accountability:

b. Is not accepted at the time of delivery, or is otherwise refused by the buyer when our United Parcel Service (UPS) Express® Freight delivery service is attempted at your specified shipping address and must be returned to the gallery store, or,

c. If your purchased Taming The Sun single edition piece must be returned to the gallery for non-acceptance after two (2) United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery attempts have been made to your specified delivery address, or,

d. If you are returning your purchased Taming The Sun single edition piece to initiate a gallery store refund within the first thirty (30) days of piece ownership after delivery,

the buyer will be charged a one-time non-refundable gallery store restocking fee of fifteen-percent (15%) of their original Taming The Sun limited edition piece purchase price.

The buyer is eligible for a full eighty-five percent (85%) gallery store refund of the purchase price of their Taming The Sun limited edition piece only within the gallery store's 30-day satisfaction guarantee period (first 30 days of ownership after delivery), or for an additional seven (7) business days after the delivery of a gallery store satisfaction guarantee replacement piece, and only after the gallery store has secured UPS tracking information for your returning piece to maintain its release quantity accountability:
